This soap is a new one. Sea Kelp Powder is used in this soap as an added skin detoxifier and antioxidant. Sea Kelp has been used for thousands of years as an internal rememdy for many alments and to treat thyroid abnormalities and help to prevent loss of essential vitamins and minerials. It contians over 60 minerals and elements and 21 amino acids, making this natural resource a wonderful and popular addition to facial and body treatments. It's has been used in many cosmetics because of these wonderful skin benefits. Though it does have a sea smell, you'll find in a nicely scented soap like this lemongrass and lavender soap the smell is hardly a factor and unless I mentioned it you may never know it was even there! I added lavender and peppermint herbs as well, for looks and skin benifits.
