Allergies... and the best Goats milk fudge yummmm!

For some reason after I had my first child 7 years ago my body started reacting to foods I have eaten all my life, instead of being able to digest these foods I had heart palpitations, my chest would get so tig ht and it was hard to breathe. my body would instantly try to flush itself out, and to the bathroom I would run...I had many trips to the er thinking I was surely having aheart attack or something. I was told it was anxiety attacks. I had never heard of it before they would give me something to calm my body yet my body didn't respond and I sat there for several hours this way!!! I rapidly lost weight and my body looked awful I was gettig pretty afraid that no doctors where giving me answers, cardiologists etc. I finally was having nasal problems not able to breathe at all through my nose for months. I decided to see and allergist. I got tested also for foods as well. Sure enough both arms were flared up from the prick test and I had not only many allergies but most of my diet I was having problems with. Wheat, dairy, eggs, corn....! The allergist actually aid since this is what is the main stream foods Americans eat that I sould not change my diet. BUT I thought well maybe THIS could be why my body is acting so strange and I decided to change what I was eating and avoid those foods. Instantly my body stopped having all these events and my weight increased so did my energy levels and no more flussing of the body and heart and chest probelms! This process was over a year long but the answer finally came and I was so thankful!! God is good! SO why I was writing this post is because I found an etsy shop that makes and sells homemade goats fudge. I asked if she would make some with a dairy free butter for me and she went out of her way to find the butter I use (earth balance butter) and I ordered half a lb. I got it yesterday and was so thrilled it is the best! The flavor and texture and smell is so wonderful! Stop by if you ever need that special treat for yourself or someone you love who has a hard time digesting cow's milk....ad for those of you who can digest cow's milk the goats fudge is still the best tasting fudge I have ever had and my husband who loves cows milk said that this fudge "that IS really good!"
